While announcing the new twist, Julie was pretty vague as to how the twist will play out, leaving fans both excited and curious. VIDEO OF THE DAY

So far this season of Big brother has already had two different twists. Early in the season, the Backstage Pass twist took place; however, it quickly ended when Paloma Aguliar kicked herself out of the game. After the conclusion of the Backstage Pass twist, Julie announced that the Festie Bestie twist would take over the game. This twist consisted of guests playing the game in teams of two. Last week, Julie revealed to guests that they would no longer be playing as a team. The game then reverted to individual play.

As fans eagerly awaited the new Big brother twist from Season 24, they turned out to be exactly what Julie said. The house will be split in two, with one half living outside the house while the other half will live inside. Additionally, two separate games will be played all week, ending in a double ejection on Thursday. Following last Thursday night’s live eviction, Julie announced that this week’s eviction episode will be two hours long, and the twist is something that has never happened on Big brother before. The long date Big brother host explained there “the house will be divided in twoduring the extended episode. She added that two sets of guests will have no communication and two completely separate games will be played. Therefore, there will be two different HOH reigns, sets of nominees, Veto winners and ejections throughout the week. A double ejection will then occur, but it will not be a traditional double ejection.

Viewers were initially left puzzled as to how this new twist will pan out. It’s unclear how this will work since the bathrooms are indoors; however, the Twitter account assumed port-a-potties would be added to the backyard. Another major concern with this twist is Big brother wall howlers. These are individuals who try to give information to guests on the other side of the walls of the house while they are in the backyard.

The majority of details surrounding this twist remain unknown; however, the live streams spoil which guests will stay in and which will move out. Julie wasn’t kidding when she said it was a twist like no other. There is no doubt that this new twist on the game will divide the house more than ever.
