Asda: Customers furious over major product changes

Alysha Fletcher said: “The only problem it creates is when you have a big family you can’t buy what you need. That means I would have to do two separate shops or take my husband to do the shopping with me so he had a cart and I had another as we are a family of five, with three teenage children.

“And we do monthly errands. And going errands with my husband just creates more stress because he’ll be throwing out unlisted stuff and costing me a fortune lol which means I’ll have to do two errands in two days (c is a bit of a trek by car to do twice in the same day).”

However, some customers welcomed the new initiative. Emily Morgan wrote: ‘I know it’s annoying, but I think it will calm down once Asda has data on how much it needs to meet demand.

Marks Strong said, “Reasonable.”
